fitting (pmrf.fitting)

Higher-level fitting utilities.

Provides high-level fitting interfaces that automatically delgate to specific solvers, currently either frequentist optimization (pmrf.optimize) or Bayesian inference (pmrf.infer).

Standardized return object for a fitting routines.

Functions

fit_minimize(model, data[, frequency, ...])

Fits an RF model to measured data using non-linear optimization.

fit_sample(model, data[, frequency, solver, ...])

Conditions an RF model on measured data using Bayesian sampling.

fit(model, data[, solver, frequency, features])

Fit a model to data using a variety of methods.

fit_sequential(model, data, *[, ...])

Sequentially fits sub-models using either optimization or sampling.

fit_joint(model, data, **kwargs)

(experimental) Jointly fits all sub-modules of a circuit using the same features with either optimization or sampling.
